Payments

We use Paddle.com as our payment provider. They securely process all transactions. Your billing information is handled directly by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.

Fraud and Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any orders if we detect or suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of our platform, or violations of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property and Style Concerns

Fiko allows users to generate design assets (like icons and illustrations) using AI technology. While the assets are created based on prompts and selected styles, we do not intentionally copy or replicate existing artworks.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at info@fiko.design with detailed information. We will review every case carefully and take appropriate action where necessary.

Please note:

• Generated content is the result of AI interpretation based on user input.
• Styles are inspired by general creative concepts and are not direct copies of individual artists’ works.

Refunds

You can purchase credits to generate design assets on Fiko.

If you have unused credits and would like a refund, just contact us at info@fiko.design.

We’ll happily refund the unused portion — no hassle.
